We are on the hunt for an operational assistant who can turn their hand to anything. From printing to recruitment checks. From telephone support to messaging out. If you’ve got experience in an administration role you will be ideally placed to do well.

Be professional, be positive and deliver outstanding service to our team. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and be the first point of call. As well as supporting the operational manager to keep the headquarters running effectively. No two days are the same and it keeps you thinking flexibly when it comes to problem solving.

We will consider part time job share and can be flexible with start and finish times depending on business needs but to be inclusive to individual’s other dependencies.

Essential criteria:

  • 4 GCSE’s or equivalent including English
  • Previous experience of office/secretarial or similar relevant role
  • Experience of minuting meetings and transcribing notes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Products including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel

  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and work to conflicting deadlines
  • Evidence of contributing to problem solving in a range of situations
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to consistently produce accurate written communication that is well structured
  • Sets and achieves high standards of work i.e. eye for detail
  • Digitally literate (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel)
  • High level of initiative and autonomy, ability to work as part of a team and independently
